  Deck Builder Outlet's Roller Screens are made with Phifer's SunTex or Sheerweave fabric.  Offering sun protection from 80% to 95%, these shade products block out the sun, but allow airflow and visibility.

All Roller Shades are custom made to order and are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing inaccuracy.

SunTex exterior shading fabric is made of strong vinyl-coated polyester.  Developed originally for use in outdoor furniture, SunTex is mildew and fade resistant and needs only an occasional cleaning with mild soap and water.  These shades should never be left down when unattended.  Optional Cable Guide System keeps bottom of shade from excessive movement when the wind picks up.  Optional Aluminum Cassette Top Treatment can protect the Shade Roller.    Call from more information.
